Easy Carrot Cake...


Cream cheese icing...with mangos on top!
And underneath that gooey delicatablity?
Carrot cake.
Whip up eggs, oil and sugar using a hand mixer until creamy.
Add spices, carrot and crushed pineapple...then flour...
Bake...
Cool...

Ice and decorate as desired.

Then devour!!

  4. Ah this looks so so good Tracey! I love carrot cake, but I've never made it with crushed pineapples, that sounds fantastic! I also love the Mangoes on top! Now I want to make one!!!
