Apricot White Chocolate Passionfruit Scones...

Scones are such a versatile recipe.
Scones can be plain, cheese, savoury, or fruity.
You can add custard and chocolate to them.

Today we are baking sweet 'Apricot White Chocolate Passionfruit Scones'!

They are DELICIOUS!

These are a pinwheel type scone and very easy to make.

You will need:
Buttermilk Scone Dough (see printable recipe below)
Passionfruit pulp or curd
Apricot Jam
White chocolate

Roll out the dough into a 30 by 20cm rectangle.
Spread passionfruit pulp down the middle of the dough.

Spread apricot jam on either side of the passionfruit.


Sprinkle with the white chocolate.

Roll dough - pinwheel style and cut rounds.

Place cut side down on the baking tray.
Bake in a preheated to 205 degrees celsius oven for 25 minutes.

This recipe makes 13 scones.

Serve with butter.
