Garden Tour...

'Mia Bella Gardens' has had to be downsized by half - due to wonky hips and the inability (and time pressures) to maintain such a huge 1/2 acre garden.
But these are photographs of the back garden which is just the right size for me.  :)

 There's lots of poolside seating...
The plantings are simple...with orchids in pots,
and shrubs that are low maintenance.
Abutilon (Indian Mallow) is a fabulous flowering shrub
that attracts the nectar eating birds.
The other easy care annual in the planter and pots are
portulaca.
They have succulent type leaves.
Wonderfully drought resistant.
And long flowering in lots of colours.
