Coconut Apricot Bars...

Forget about the chocolate content, and then you can consider this bar healthy, right?

Two of my favorite flavors - coconut and apricot, well, actually 3 with the chocolate. Can you tell me the amount of coconut you used. Both your recipe here and the printed one say 1/23 and I'm not sure what that would be. (They look scrumptious!)

Oops - thank you Lorraine for bringing that error to my attention. It is half (1/2) a cup of coconut.
And yes - so very scrumptious!
